Jennifer hauled on the lead. The horse on the other side of it would not move. She had gotten him halfway home with much tugging and straining and offering carrots, by she was out of energy and food.

Lauren rode bareback along the fields atop her gray mare, Celtic Mist. She was only two years old, but Lauren was sure she'd do great in races. Already, she had shown potential. However, Mist wasn't the most....er....coopertive horse with just anyone. In fact, Lauren was the only one who could ride her. So it made Lauren chuckle to see someone struggling with their horse. Riding towards her, her feet swinging at Mist's side, she spoke. "Having trouble?" She asked cheerrily.

"Looks likes more than a bit to me....." Said Lauren, tilting her head to the side. "Did you just buy him?"

"M-hm. The miracle of adoption."
Ravenmane, who was at her back, got bored and took a few steps forward, causing the struggling Jenn to pitch forward and nearly fall.
"A miracle for certain."

Mist whined at the other horse, her ears perked up in interest at the other equine. Lauren laughed slightly. "So how long have you-er-been trying to make him move?"

"It's been 25 minutes since I got him."
Ravenmane ran up to mist, pulling Jenn like a running ragdoll.
"Ooooooooowwwwww. My poor arms!"

"Er-and you got him knowing about his little-ah-temper problem?" She asked, an eyebrow raised. "Don't fight against him......He's two thosand pounds, you're less than two hundred. He'll win. How old is he, anyway?"

" They said he was 'disagreeable.' Kinda like calling a tornado a breeze. He is three."

"Yea that seems like what those people would do..........Did you ride him before you bought him?" Asked she, leaning forward on Mist's neck. "I'm Lauren, by the way, and this is Mist."

"No, his preious owners before the shelter got him didn't know the first thing about riding. Can't get within 3 yards of him with a saddle now. Oh, I'm Jenn. This little doll is Ravenmane."

"Gesh I hate it when people buy horses, but don't know anything about them....It's a shame, really." She said as she overlooked the horse. "So how are you planning to get him to your house?"

"Have a Trailer... ...over there."
Jenn pointed at a parking lot about 25yards away. Ravenmane pricked his ears at Mist and gave a soft call.

"Well, why don't you tie him up here, and bring the trailer to him?" She asked her. Mist glanced up at Ravenmane, glad that he actually replied to her whinny earlier.

"Not exactly much to tie him to," Jenn said, looking at the grassy feild.
